Pavilion Enterprizes has developed the solution Smartplay™ Reward Card, which allows casino customers to take advantage of a point redemption option that enables them to spend their accrued points like cash at millions of merchant locations and ATM’s around the world.
By providing the customer with an option to redeem their accrued points with a Smartplay™ Reward Card, the casino achieves enhanced guest satisfaction and increased usage of the loyalty reward program.
Currently, the customer applies for a closed-loop player card at the casino.  Upon gathering customer information including name, address, and telephone number, the casino issues a player card.  Points are accrued to the database as the customer engages in gaming activity or may be added to the customer’s account as a promotion/incentive.
Pavilion Enterprizes now offers the customer the additional option of redeeming their loyalty points by selecting a Smartplay™ Reward Card, which is only downloadable when the customer visits the casino.
Smartplay™ Reward Cards can be provided with the casino’s logo and activated by the customers at either a promotional center or kiosk.
